Identify and address the issues:
1. Hard to put on.
2. Finding the right size is complicated.
3. The quality of materials are poor.
4. The shoe doesn't stay on.
5. My dog doesn't like wearing them.
During the design phase, we discovered that the dog shoe market is flooded with options. However, most of these products are made with cheap materials, lackluster design, or are mere imitations of one another. To stand out, our product had to excel in three key areas:
Premium Materials: We use high-quality materials that are on par with those found in our favorite sneakers.
Stylish Design: Drawing inspiration from fashion and streetwear trends, we craft dog shoes that are both functional and fashionable.
Perfect Fit: Existing dog shoes fail to provide a proper fit. We started from scratch, developing a precise last that accurately conforms to the anatomy of a dog's paw.

Perfecting the final prototype.
